The double room I booked was well-kept. The staff were helpful and excellent co-operating and the location was CONVENIENT in walking distance from an inexpensive convenience store. Moreover, it's right by local restaurants, Waffle House close by, and restraunts.

After a long drive, we entered a beautifully designed lobby, but our room was filthy with stained blankets. Cockroaches at 3 AM finally drove us out!

The staff was very cute and helpful, and the breakfast spread was pretty decent, which my kids enjoyed. One of our favorite moments was playing games in the spacious lobby area after a long day on the road.
My kids wished for a cleaner room and better bathroom facilities. If they could improve room cleanliness, it would make a huge difference for families with children.

Good breakfast selection with bacon included and bacon, everyone could find their favorite food. Location: the hotel was near to restaurants and stores and Waffle House close by.

The amenities in the room have their quirks. There's just one hook for hanging things which might not suffice for a couple. The shower rod was in rough shape and sent water spraying onto the floor. The bedside plug was glitchy, and you'd also find no toilet paper holder, just one trash can. Breakfast options leaned towards reheated packaged items, which left a lot to be desired. The bed frame could be noisy if you accidentally bumped into it, which isn't ideal for a good night's sleep. There was a noticeable smell upon entering the room that faded after a bit, but still, not a great first impression.
